If you feel overwhelmed and need a break in a safe, supportive environment, Seneca Respite may be for you. We provide short-term, recovery-oriented respite where you can rest, receive peer support, and work toward stabilization.

- 24-hour respite support — up to 5 nights per stay
- Peer-led — staffed by trained Peer Support Workers with lived experience
- Modern accommodations — 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, and a comfortable living space
- A safe, home-like environment, located in St. Boniface
